Steps to Install pgAdmin4 on Ubuntu:

1. Run the command

sudo apt-get install pgadmin4 pgadmin4-apache2

2. Provide email id and password.

3. Then, search for pgadmin in applcaitons on Ubuntu Machine and click on pgAdmin4.

4. Its asks the password which provided at the time of installation

5. Then, click Add Servers and provide the PostgreSQL server information to connect to.
