System requirements to install Oracle 19 database Windows
Minimum 2GB free RAM.
10GB of empty space on Hard Disk Drive
A processor that supports Intel EM64T or AMD64 architecture.
Display card with a minimum resolution of 1024×768 pixels.
16GB SWAP space if RAM is more than 16GB.
Download Oracle 19c Database
1. Go to Oracle official download page and by clicking on Download Oracle Software
To download Oracle 19c software we must have Oracle account. Its free to create. Create it by clicking on below link.

2. Now, click on ZIP link for Microsoft Windows x64.
3. Checkbox in front of I reviewed and accept the Oracle License Agreement and click on Download Windows…..
4. Then provide the username and password.
5. Download starts now.
Install Oracle 19C database on Windows 11
1. Once download is completed, extract the zip file.
2. Now create a folder in C drive with the name db_home. Copy the extracted files to this location.
3. Double click on setup file from extracted files.
4. Choose the first option to create and configure a single instance database and click on next.
5. We have to select type of installation either desktop or server class. In this article, we are going to install Desktop class. Then, click on next.
Desktop class to install Oracle database 19c on our laptop or desktop. because this option perform the basic installation of Oracle 19c on our system.
Server class is generally used when we are installing Oracle database 19c on server grade machine.
Note: Disable internet for next steps otherwise we will receive error with code INS-30014. Which is due to either internet issue in Windows 11 or File path permission.
6. We need account to configure on windows. We have following options. We are going to use Create New Windows User.
Use Virtual Account
Use existing Windows User
Create New Windows User
Use Windows Built-in Account.
7. Now, we have to configure the database. On the Oracle base, provide the path or click on drop-down and select the path. Once change this path Database file location also changes. Choose database edition Enterprise Edition(or standard). Then provide the password and leave remaining fields as defaults.
8. Now click on next to run the prerequisite checks.
9. Review the summary and click on install to start the Oracle Database 19c on windows 11.
10. Installation is completed.
Once installation is done, it is showing URL for our Oracle Database database 19c Enterprise Manager. Enterprise manaegr is web-based tool for managing Oracle database 19c. Copy and Save that link. Its better bookmark that link.

1. Start, then search for SQL Plus.
